First Ever Wetpack Test of CorBon DPX in .380acp
flyandscuba flew up here to N. Ala. this a.m. and we spent the morning at the range doing an exclusive set of wetpack tests to mainly check CorBon's new DPX in .380acp with 4 different pistols...the P3AT with 2.75"barrel, a Jimenex JA380 blowback same barrel length as the AT, a Sig P232 with 3.6"barrel, and a Seecamp LWS380 with 2"barrel. Enjoy! og

And the More Extensive DPX test with the SeeCamp LWS 380 Now to today's test with the LWS 380. Six rounds were loaded into the magazine to ensure proper function with a fully loaded magazine. All rounds were fired at a distance of approximately 6 feet (typical self defense shooting distance) into the wet pack target. All of the DPX .380 cartridges fed, fired, and ejected properly.
The layers of the wet pack were carefully peeled away to reveal the bullets. The first was located at a depth of 10 inches into the wet pack. The projectile was fully expanded as seen here. 10 inches of penetration and FULL expansion from a 2" barrel!! flyandscuba
